My wife and I stopped in because someone recommended the place to us...and we left full and very satisfied. The salad may well have one of the best either of us had ever eaten (our original plan was to eat half and take the other half home for later - but we couldn't stop eating it!). She had the Mediterranean pizza and I had the Supreme. Both were absolutely delicious.
On top of the awesome food, the price was very reasonable and the staff was friendly and helpful.
We will be back...many many times, I am sure.
My wife and I came down to visit our son. He told us about Barone Brother's Pizza place. I went in hoping to find out that they were some sort of distant relation but sad to say, no. Even though I was disappointed to find out that Mark Barone (the owner) was not related, I was not disappointed with the pizza.
We ordered a Supreme Medium and Hawaiian Medium. Both were cooked perfectly and very tasty. The sauce was very good -- not spicy or acidic. The crust was well cooked, not doughy and filling. Overall, the pizza was very good.
Barone Brother's Pizza has been in existence for 16 years. Originally owned by Mark and his brother, it has been owned by Mark and Nicky (his lovely wife - hopefully I spelled her name correct) for the last 11 years.
While we were there were quite a number of people taking out, especially subs!
If you are looking to support a local business, and are in the mood for pizza and subs, then look no further.
Barone Bros Pizza has the best Italian subs, a great potato chip selection and the nicest people. I used to go there often before I moved away from Charleston. This past weekend I was in town shopping with my mom, and was so glad they were still in Mink Shoals, and open on a Saturday. The sub was as good as I remember, and my mom loved it too.
Best Greek salad you will ever have!!! And their ham and pineapple pizza is delicious. Can’t wait to try the Buffalo chicken pizza which I’ve heard great things about.
Delicious food, great prices, and super friendly people. My first, but definitely not my last visit! 10 out of 10, definitely recommend!
Tried this place last week and the pizza was amazing. My wife and I had a large pizza, extra cheese, mushrooms and pepperoni. when u ask for extra cheese they really give it to you and not just charge you for it like your chain pizza joints do. The sauce is amazing! The only negative about my experience was I burnt the roof of my mouth but that was my fault 🙂 We enjoyed and are going back tonight.
Pizza was hot ànd fresh, and baked the way. Large ovens, no convayer here. Excellent flavors, WV family owned restaurant. Just missing a Pepperoni roll. OMG. Bros give it a thought
Barone Bros is my mine and my wife’s favorite pizza place to eat. My wife absolutely loves their Canola’s.
Their Pizza tastes like it came out of a Stone Pizza oven it's so good!! Salads are also great and my favorite is the Italian sub. check them out, you'll be glad you did!
They have wonderful pizza and are generous with their toppings! Wonderful place.
This is the best pizza in the Kanawha Valley and maybe even WV....these guys are awesome. Great service and amazing food!!

Back in Charleston for the first time in 3 years and this was our first stop. They remembered us! And the pizza is still great!
i love Barone's everything is always fresh and they have the best meatballs i usually eat them plan... and the pizzas are awesome

LOVE everything I've ever gotten there! The staff are extremely nice Can't think of a single place in the Charleston area who has better pizzas.
I lived in Chicago for 2 years and thought I had eaten really good pizza.... but Barone Brothers' Pizza is the BEST pizza (and crust) I've eaten. I particularly like the BBQ chicken pizza. Their house salads are also very good and the folks are very nice. I would HIGHLY recommend them.
